Staff Profile: Dan Binns

Dan joined B to B Links Ltd in February 2014 in a key customer support role, and is completing an Apprenticeship in Business Administration with Farnborough College. He has particular responsibility for B2B’s busy and varied Technical Diary. The job involves processing requests for technical assistance on CCTV or security tagging, qualifying the requirement and programming an engineer to attend in a timely way.

Dan liaises with other staff to order equipment or parts, links with the warehouse team to ensure that these are on site in time, and provides feedback to enable accurate invoicing to clients.
